Aren't you glad you don't live in Death Valley? CNN on Monday morning said Death Valley hit 128 Sunday. Ugh, now that is hot!
CNN also said Phoenix hit 116 Sunday, a record for that date.

Curt and I were in the city last night. We took the cable car up to North Beach. Curt said, It is mid-July and we are freezing our @$$es off!
Today is my dad's birthday. He is 29! Woo-hoo! :)

Not melting yet but close. We got a storm last night and lost our power for an hour or so. Boy, it is amazing how quickly a house can heat up without a/c for one hour!
yes... with the weather like this — melting by day, terrorized by wind and lightning at night — it's really bad lately!
