Happy Nov. 1

We had friends over last night to hang out and hand out candy. My brother, John, and his girlfriend, Jessica, are in town this weekend for a comic book convention. So they hung with us, too.

It was a good night. Not a ton of trick or treaters. But it did start raining. Bummer. There were some cool costumes. One kid was the joker and handed out copies of the Joker card from a deck of cards. I thought that was cool. 

This morning I went to the gym and shortly I am heading to a cupcake/jewelry party. 

Then tonight we will pick up John and Jessica from the convention and head to Dad and Hilda's for dinner.
