Ronald Takaki 1939-2009

Today my dear friends Mia and Todd lay to rest their father-in-law and father, respectively. 

I was not lucky enough to meet Ron. But he was an amazing man, scholar, academic, teacher, etc. 

From the many articles and Facebook comments and other comments I have read about him he made a huge impact on so many lives. It makes me happy to know so many people had someone like Ron in their life. 

Ron, you will be missed by so many. But you will live on forever.
