What an amazing actor and an amazing career. Paul Newman is my mom's favorite actor. When she was still working (she worked in a lab and didn't have a desk, just a corner), but in her corner she had more pictures of Paul Newman than her own two kids. HA!

I have seen many, many Paul Newman movies. I have even celebrated many of his birthdays. I am sure my mom will still continue that tradition.

I still think my favorite Paul Newman movie is Cool Hand Luke. Spend a night in the box.

Portland

Curt and I are in Portland now. We landed a little after 7 p.m. last night. We met Angela at Montage about 9 p.m. and had a great dinner and a good time catching up.

Shortly we are meeting Aaron and Stefanie  and Baby Alex for brunch, then Craig for late lunch, then we will meet Lenore and then off to Oktoberfest. Whew!
