Yup, gas has now passed the $4 mark here. Yesterday morning it was $3.99 and last night and this morning it was $4.07. Remember when we thought $3 a gallon was a lot of money?

Curt and I moved to Berkeley in Feb./March 2005. Now we are in Oakland--living in a cool neighborhood called Rockridge. He is still enjoying his job at Macworld. And I really like working for Onyx Pharmaceuticals. Being part of a company that is trying to find ways to treat cancer is a great feeling. Plus it is just a great company to work for. I feel very lucky to work for a great company, which is doing great things.

I know. I remember thinking, "Ha, those Californians. They have to pay $3 a gallon."
We're paying about $3.65 now.
