More sad news

Found out yesterday that over the weekend a co-worker died. I can't believe it. He was young--probably early 40s. I guess he had been sick for some time. I had no idea. Sounds like the family wants to keep it as a personal, family matter and I want to respect that.
I am just in disbelief over this. He was a nice and kind man who I enjoyed working with. My heart breaks for his wife and 6-year-old daughter.
Makes me realize how precious life is. We need to all remember that.
